Post Workout shakes or recovery drinks, easily made at home

This one is a repost from my husbands blog ‘sikhstride‘. He usually, rather always makes his own recovery drinks that are rich in amino acids, and anti-oxidants.

Every once in a while, after a good heavy workout, or a good long bike ride or a swim session, or a long running affair with the trails, you need a quick fix for your body.
